We're a small, independent review site, and we genuinely want to hear from you. Whether you've spotted something off on one of our pages, have a question about how we work, or just want to say something — our inbox is open. We try to read every message that comes in, even if the reply takes a little while sometimes.
The best way to reach us is by email. We don't have a live chat system or a phone line — honestly, that kind of setup doesn't really fit what we do here. Email gives us the space to read carefully and respond properly, which we think matters more than speed. We'll always do our best to get back to you within a few business days, though during busier periods it might stretch a bit longer than that.
We do ask that you keep your message reasonably clear about what you're writing in about. Not because we're strict about it — just that it genuinely helps us reply in a way that's actually useful. A vague message is harder to answer well, and we'd rather give you something worth reading than fire back a generic response.
There's quite a range of things people contact us about, and most of them are completely welcome. If you've noticed factual inaccuracies in our content — something we've described incorrectly, outdated information, that kind of thing — we really do want to know. Keeping our reviews accurate is something we care about, and we can't catch everything ourselves. A heads-up from a reader is genuinely useful.
You're also welcome to reach out if you have questions about our editorial approach, how we evaluate and score the sites we cover, or what our independence actually means in practice. We're happy to be transparent about that. If something on our site feels unclear or confusing, that's worth hearing about too — it probably means we need to explain ourselves better.
What we're less equipped to help with is anything that would need to go directly to a casino operator — account issues, missing withdrawals, bonus disputes, that sort of thing. We're a review site, not a support channel for the casinos themselves. We have no access to player accounts or operator systems, so there's genuinely nothing we could do there even if we wanted to.
We try to be realistic here. We're not a large operation with a dedicated support team standing by around the clock. Messages are read and handled by a small group of people who also manage the rest of what this site involves — writing, research, updates. So if you don't hear back the same day, that's normal, not a sign your message was ignored.
That said, we do take every message seriously. If you've written in with a genuine concern or a thoughtful question, it will get a real reply — not a copy-paste template. We'd rather take a bit longer and say something meaningful than rush out a response that doesn't actually address what you wrote. We think most people prefer that, and it's just how we'd want to be treated ourselves.
When you contact us, you're sharing your email address and whatever you write. We don't use that information for anything beyond responding to your message. We're not building a mailing list from contact enquiries, and we're not passing your details on to third parties. It stays between us, and once the conversation is done, that's generally the end of it.
If your message touches on something we might want to reference later — say, a correction that leads us to update a page — we'd only ever do that in a way that doesn't identify you personally. We're not in the business of publishing private correspondence. Your message is treated with discretion, and we think that's just the basic standard anyone should expect when they reach out to a site like ours.
